Do I need a referral from my physician? 

Nope!  Although we encourage physician involvement, you do not need a referral in order to be evaluated and treated by a Physical Therapist.

Do you take insurance? 

We are considered out of network for all insurance providers.  This allows us to provide you direct access to personalized care without insurance restrictions.  We will receive treatment in one hour blocks and your time will be spent one-on-one with a Physical Therapist.

Where exactly are you located? 

I am blessed to have partnered with Active IV & Cryotherapy and have an office located within their building.  This is such a gift to be able to provide our clients with diverse and comprehensive wellness.
